Apparently water got caught between the two and they removed the flooring and the top sub floor, but there's still mold on the bottom subfloor. No wall invlovement that I'm aware of yet. Waiting for mold doctor or something to come check it out. (As a sidenote - Colorado is weird because it has interesting dirt, ground, whatever. Anyway, we don't have a foundation because there is too much shifting and it will damage your house. Instead, they build your house up a few feet and so there's a subfloor with a crawl space underneath. Pretty freaky.
